I’ve brought together research and learning from my 15+ years of experience in psychology and counselling and coupled them with some powerful practical tools to help you get really clear on what you’re trying to achieve, understand what’s getting in your way and most importantly, help you put in place strategies to get back on track.

Across the session we will :
- Understand what mindset really is and why its so important
- Get clear on what your goals are
- Look at what gets in the way of us achieving these goals
- Put your new learning and realistic strategies in place for maximum impact
The session will be held on zoom, and spaces are limited. The session will be recorded so you can watch it back and revisit it over the coming weeks.
The session will run or 2 hours with a short comfort break in the middle. There will be time for questions at the end. You will also receive a printable workbook to accompany the session and help you get the most from the time we have together.
